We are a high-end butcher business that sells an assortment of fresh hand-cut meats, chicken, homemade sausages, healthy side items, great wines and local craft beers. A customer favorite is our marinated meat selection. Additionally, we sell a limited assortment of other grocery items and our own private labeled sauces to complete anyone’s bar-b-que or general dining needs.
Do not think of us as a grocery store or a typical “Food” business. We are a high volume retail butcher business that sells a limited number of other items. The star of the show is always the meat.
Since 2013, we have created thousands of loyal customers between our two Florida corporate stores.
A typical candidate(s)would be a transitioning corporate professional, a former or current restaurant manager or owner, a spouse team, a veteran or investors looking to build multiple units.
Currently, we would prefer to expand into the Southeast, including FL, GA, SC and NC. We will consider other states for multi-unit, exceptionally qualified candidates. We do not wish to expand into registration states until 2023.
