In order to provide the most complete franchise service program, The Dog Stop Franchising has assembled a team of executives and management personnel with over 100 years of experience in building and SUPPORTING franchise programs. Jesse and Chris are the original owners and co-founders of The Dog Stop®. They have personally developed all of the policies and procedures that make The Dog Stop® America’s preferred dog care facility. As dog owners themselves, they were not happy with what was available in terms of dog care. They sought out to develop a dog care concept that was centered around the customer experience and fixed all of the common flaws in the dog care industry. Every policy and procedure was created with the dog owner in mind to maximize customer satisfaction while improving transparency, convenience and value. Jesse and Chris have lived the life of the store owner, put in the long hours and know exactly what it takes to make a location successful. Likewise, our support staff have all worked every position in a The Dog Stop® store and can use real world experiences to help guide you on a daily basis.
